Driven by commitment
The center is run by Thea Pedersen, personal trainer and owner, who took over operations in the spring of 2025 with a clear vision: to offer a place where people can find motivation, community and mastery in safe surroundings.
With a background as a PT and many years of experience with individual follow-up, Thea is passionate about helping people find joy in movement – in a way that lasts.
